Anthony Riggio – Senior Consultant North America
Tony Riggio has more than 20 years of marketing and corporate communications and public relations experience in the payments/fintech and financial advisory services sectors as well as across a range of technologies including e-commerce/e-tailing platforms, big data/analytics systems, SaaS, AI, machine learning, cybersecurity software and hardware, peripheral devices, and telecom and mobile hardware and applications.
Tony created and launched the marketing, communications and PR function for Vizant, a payments technology and advisory services firm that lowers payment costs and optimizes efficiencies of payments and cash flow functions of a wide range of small, mid-sized and Fortune 1000 brands and e-commerce and brick and mortar retailers. The firm’s services included payments environment data analysis and recommendations of right mix of payment types, e.g. credit cards, mobile payments, ACH/Same Day ACH, wire transfers, bank checks etc.
His experience also includes also driving PR and marketing communications for the retail/e-tail practice of accounting firm CohnReznick and online multichannel e-tail customer support services firm iSky and he has served in a number of PR agency and internal communications roles in the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region over his career. Tony has a BA in Communications from American University in Washington, D.C. and has language proficiency in Russian, Spanish and Filipino (Tagalog and Visayan dialects).
