David Barr – Executive Director

David has over 30 years international business, change management and HR experience in a variety of blue chip financial services companies including: The Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB Group, The National Bank of Bahrain, Standard Life, Barclays Wealth, Equitable Life, the Financial Conduct Authority and most recently as Chief People Officer at Universities Superannuation Scheme, the largest private pension scheme in the UK. David is a Chartered Banker, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He completed Executive development at Harvard Business School and has an MA from Leicester University.
